NHMS provide CASPAS Coordinator with information  for 2007 in the approved format for inclusion them into the Reference Guide (text and tables)

Based on received materials CASPAS Coordinator makes a mock-up of the Reference Guide and submits it to the members of Editing group of CASPCOM for reconcilement

until 30 June 2008

The members of Editing group of CASPCOM submit to CASPAS Coordinator their comments and clarifications

until 31 August 2008

Coordinator prepares suggestions to be presented during 13th CASPCOM Session together with the mock-up regarding allocation of functions among NHMS on designing the Reference Guide  and  calculation of expenses for its issue

 until 30 September  2008
